1. Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You have three ways to start a return:

As we are a new and small label, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item arrives damaged or we send the wrong item, the return is free of charge — just let us know.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We cannot accept voluntary returns on sale items or gift cards. (This limits our goodwill return policy only — it does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal below.)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

2. Right of Withdrawal (Widerruf)

This is your statutory right under EU/German consumer law and applies in addition to the return policy above. Right of withdrawalYou have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you — or a third party named by you, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods.To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.Note: the Widerrufsbutton is only for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (but not any extra costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery we offer).We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.


Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene once unsealed, custom or personalized goods, or perishable goods.
